We had an amazing stay at a hotel just outside of Rome. Best aspects were the friendly and helpful staff who provided us with great advice on visiting Rome and the areas around it. They even drove us to the train station and helped us get tickets. The spacious and clean rooms were a great perk, and the hotel facilities were great. the breakfast was a real treat, and the transportation options to and from the hotel were very convenient.

Beautiful scenery, great food. The countryside location was stunning and the food we ate was very impressive. The train station was not too far and the surrounding area was good for a walk.
Poor customer service. Unfortunately, our stay was ruined by the poor customer service.

The hotel's location is convenient, situated near a train station which makes it easy to get to Rome. the rooms are cozy and clean, with attentive service from the hosts. the breakfast is delicious, with authentic Italian cuisine. Nearby charming towns such as Palestrina and Tivoli are recommended, and the hosts have a great knowledge of the towns and their histories.
The hotel could benefit from better climate control as some previous guests have mentioned issues with mosquitoes and heat in their rooms.

Great value for money and excellent location. the breakfast served was really good and the wifi was strong and free. Conveniently located near public transportation and some great local restaurants.
The room was a bit small for my liking and the bathroom was dated, but it was clean and functional. the air conditioning took some time to cool the room in the hot weather.

I had an unforgettable experience at this hotel. The value for money is exceptional, as you get so much for what you pay. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable about the area and can provide you with unique experiences outside of Rome. Just like the reviewer mentioned, they offer incredible tours that take you to nearby towns, giving you a true Italian experience. The location is perfect, just outside of Rome and conveniently next to the train station. The rooms are comfortable, with modern bathroom facilities and cozy bunk beds. And let's not forget about breakfast - it's the perfect start to a day of exploring.
All aspects of my stay were exceptional.
